We make improving your loft as simple and straightforward as possible. From your first enquiry and free survey to receiving your quotation, choosing an installation date and completing the work, our friendly team will guide you through every stage of the process.
We provide free, no-obligation loft surveys and quotations throughout Cumbria and Southwest Scotland, including Carlisle, Workington, Whitehaven, Penrith, Keswick, Cockermouth, Maryport, Wigton, Silloth, Aspatria, Cleator Moor, Egremont, Millom, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Brampton, Longtown, Annan, Dumfries and the surrounding towns and villages.

Arrange Your Free Loft Survey
A member of our team will arrange a convenient date to visit your home. During the survey, we’ll inspect and measure your loft, check the existing access, insulation, structure and ventilation, and discuss the storage solutions available.
Receive Your Quotation
Following the survey, we’ll provide a clear, free and no-obligation quotation based on your chosen services. This may include raised loft boarding, a loft ladder and insulated hatch, insulation upgrades, lighting or truss shelving.
The quotation will explain the work included and the total price, allowing you to consider your options without pressure.
Confirm the Work
If you’re happy with your quotation, simply contact us to accept it. We’ll then arrange a suitable installation date and confirm everything you need to know before we arrive.
No deposit is normally required, with payment made once the agreed work has been completed.
Installation Day
Our professional installation team will arrive on the agreed date and complete the work carefully and efficiently. Many standard loft storage packages can be installed in one day, although larger or more complex projects may take longer.
Once the installation is complete, we’ll leave the working area clean and tidy and explain how to safely access and use your new loft storage space.
